What we collect, and what we don't.

Your answers stay in your browser

The setup quiz, your plan, your protein number, your checklist and your challenge trackers are stored in your own browser (localStorage) on the device you used. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes them. If you use two devices, each has its own copy.

What we keep when you give us an email address

If you ask for the protein sheet, the starter, or your plan by email, we keep your email address, the page you asked from, and a tag saying which thing you asked for. We do not receive your quiz answers, your numbers, your goal, your weight, or anything about your health. The list is used to send what you asked for and occasional notes from Lori and Darin. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Buying the program

Checkout is handled by our payment provider; we receive your name, email and the fact that you paid, never your card number. Access to the program is checked against the list of paid email addresses. Your first name, if you give it in the setup, stays in your browser and is printed on your sheets; it is not sent to us.

No trackers, no cookies

There are no third-party advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no cookies on this site. We do not know who you are when you visit. If you add the site to your home screen, the app files are cached on your device so it works offline; that cache contains nothing about you.

Medical records

Nothing on this site connects to any medical practice, chart, or record, including Dr. Allred's clinics. Using a code he gave you does not tell the site, or the clinic, anything about your care. The site never asks whose patient you are.
